Return & Refund Policy for The Not So Perfect Art

Thank you for shopping with The Not So Perfect Art.
All products sold on our store are print-on-demand, meaning each item (such as hoodies, coasters, mousepads, puzzles, and other merchandise) is made only after an order is placed.
Because of this production model, all sales are final.
No Returns & No Refunds
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any orders once they have been placed.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size ordered
- Colour or design preference
- Ordering by mistake

Incorrect address entered at checkout
Please review all product details, size charts, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items (Exceptions)
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Or materially different from what was ordered
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at thenotsoperfectart@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Unboxing videos and pictures of the defective product
- Clear photos of the issue and images of the original packaging
- A brief description
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement for the affected item.
Refunds are not provided, even in these cases.
Order Cancellations
Once the order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Packages that cannot be delivered due to address errors
In such cases, replacements are not guaranteed and refunds will not be issued.
Courier Returns
If the courier company is unable to deliver the order and the shipping status is undelivered or RTO (Return to Origin) due to any reason, it will be returned to our default address.
Here are a few reasons why your orders can be undelivered or RTO’ed :
- Pincode not serviceable
- Customer not contactable
- Incomplete address
- Customer refused delivery
- Poor weather conditions
- Self-pickup requested by the customer
- Future delivery requested by the customer
- Door/premises/office closed

- Your order number
- A brief description
We will re-ship the order at the earliest possible.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks or payment disputes that contradict the terms outlined here, using delivery confirmation and this published policy as evidence.
